Keep the identity with the sample
When a part arrives for review, keep its identity and supporting information together. A clear record lets the next purchasing conversation refer to the same item, rather than relying on memory or a photograph without context. For ordinary civilian FPV parts, start with what was requested, what arrived and which points still need an answer. This is a documentation checklist, not an engineering test or a statement that a sample has been accepted.
Record observations separately from conclusions
Write down the name and reference on the applicable documents, the observed label and the items received. If something differs from the requested record, describe the difference without guessing the cause. Keep “not checked,” “awaiting clarification” and “confirmed” as different states.
Photographs can accompany the record, where you have permission to use them. Add the date and the item they show. A clear image helps communication; it is not a substitute for an assessment by a qualified person or proof of compatibility.
Use a record that another person can follow

Make the repeat enquiry explicit
For a repeat order, refer to the earlier record and ask whether the proposed item and documents describe the same version. Record any proposed change separately. Confirm the new order’s scope and commercial terms rather than assuming that a previous conversation applies without change.
The table is an editable purchasing aid. It does not establish sample availability, technical acceptance, unchanged production or delivery arrangements for an ArcoSky product.
FAQ
Does receiving a sample mean it has passed a test?
No. Receipt is an observation. Record any evaluation separately, including who was responsible and the evidence for the result. Do not mark an unperformed check as passed.
Can I reorder by sending only an old photograph?
Include the photograph if it helps, but add the product and document references. Ask whether the new offer corresponds to the version previously discussed.
What should I do with a difference that is not yet explained?
Keep it visible in the record and request clarification. Do not silently replace the old information or convert an unanswered question into an acceptance statement.
Prepare the next parts conversation
Use the existing FPV parts information checklist for the initial enquiry. For a repeat enquiry, contact ArcoSky with the exact item reference and the questions from your record. The FPV Drones catalogue provides platform references where relevant; it does not establish an individual replacement part’s compatibility.
